Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DispatchCore's mobile application, web dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by DispatchCore ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

DispatchCore is a field-service management platform that lets contractors schedule and dispatch jobs, track technicians, document work, send estimates and invoices, collect card payments from their own customers, and send service-related notifications. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your use of the Service.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. When a contractor enables payment collection, the contractor is the merchant of record for charges to their customers and is responsible for refunds, chargebacks, and applicable taxes. Use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and terms.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

DispatchCore sends transactional SMS on behalf of the contractors who use the Service, to those contractors' customers. Message types include appointment confirmations, technician en-route and arrival alerts, job-completion notices, and invoice and payment-link notifications.

• Consent: By providing a mobile number to a contractor when scheduling service, the customer consents to receive service-related text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies with service activity (typically a few messages per job).
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile plan and carrier.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@dispatchcore.io.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile and opt-in data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: sending unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited (non-consented) messages; violating any applicable law including the TCPA and CTIA messaging guidelines; infringing others' rights; or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent before adding a customer's phone number for text notifications.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding data you submit) are owned by DispatchCore and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DispatchCore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delayed or undelivered messages, payments, or notifications arising from third-party providers (including carriers, Stripe, and hosting providers).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
