Personal Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name and email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Organization/company name
- Account credentials (securely hashed)
Location Data
Our mobile app collects location data to enable job check-in functionality. This includes:
- GPS coordinates when you check in/out of job sites
- Timestamps of location captures
- Reverse-geocoded addresses for your convenience
Important: Location data is only collected when you actively perform a job status update (e.g., starting a job, marking it complete). We do not track your location continuously or in the background.
Job and Customer Data
To provide our service, we store:
- Job details (titles, descriptions, schedules)
- Customer information (names, addresses, contact info)
- Job photos uploaded by technicians
- Notes and status history
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Enable job scheduling and dispatch functionality
- Allow dispatchers to track technician locations during work hours
- Generate reports and analytics for your organization
- Send service-related notifications
- Improve and optimize our Service
- Provide customer support
SMS/Text Messaging
DispatchCore sends transactional SMS text messages on behalf of the field-service contractors who use our platform — for example, appointment confirmations, technician en-route and arrival alerts, job-completion notices, and invoice and payment-link notifications. These messages are sent to the contractor's own customers.
- Consent: Recipients provide their mobile number to the contractor when scheduling service and consent to receive service-related texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: Varies based on service activity (typically a few messages per job).
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help, or contact hello@dispatchcore.io.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with any third party. Text-messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with anyone except the messaging provider (Telnyx) that delivers the messages on our behalf.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:
- Within Your Organization: Data is shared among users within the same organization account
- Service Providers: We use trusted third parties for hosting (Railway, Supabase) and analytics
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
Data Security

- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure token-based authentication
- Password hashing using industry-standard algorithms
