How do I reset my password?
If you need to reset your password, please contact your organization administrator. They can reset your password through the web dashboard. For account owners, contact hello@dispatchcore.io.
Does the app work offline?
Yes! DispatchCore is built for field technicians who work in areas with poor signal. The app stores your jobs locally and syncs automatically when you reconnect to the internet.
How do I add technicians to my team?
As an administrator, you can invite technicians through the web dashboard. Go to Settings → Team Members → Invite Technician. They'll receive an email with login credentials.
Why does the app need my location?
Location is used to record check-ins when you start or complete jobs. This helps dispatchers know where their crew is and provides a record of job completion. Location is only captured when you actively update a job status—we never track you in the background.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email hello@dispatchcore.io with your request. We'll process your request within 30 days.
What devices are supported?
The mobile app works on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. The web dashboard works on any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
